Meet Our Executive Director

Carrie Mulcahy - Executive Director

As Executive Director since April of 2007, Carrie Mulcahy is responsible for the overall management and supervision of Ashley Gardens of Bremerton.  While her job often brings new and different challenges, Carrie enjoys the fact that no two days are ever the same at Ashley Gardens of Bremerton.  She takes great pride in the high quality, resident-centered care that is provided at her community and is always looking for new, great ways to improve the quality of life of her residents.

Carrie is a licensed nurse and has gained valuable experience in a number of management positions in the senior healthcare industry.

Ashley Gardens of Bremerton is a wonderfully unique community. The staffing levels make it possible for care partners to provide highly individualized and personalized care that not only meets our residents’ physical needs but allows for one-on-one time to be spent with each resident.

She enjoys being active in the community and is currently the President of the Silverdale Chamber of Commerce and Secretary of the Board for the Kitsap County Long-Term Care Alliance. Carrie is pursuing a Bachelors of Science degree in Health Care Administration.

Carrie lives in Brownsville with her husband, Patrick, and four children.
