The architecture at Cascades of the Sierra will combine a contemporary feel with influence from the Old West style. The multi-story building will incorporate refined craftsmanship with rustic flair.

Exterior design elements will include board and batten siding, exposed roof support brackets and trusses and natural colors to enhance the style and imitate elements of the past. Along the front of the building will be covered boardwalks, complete with rustic wood patterning, to reflect the cultural heritage of the area.

Interior design will follow a craftsman motif, with warm-colored woods and painted walls. Handcrafted details will provide our residents with a feeling of home throughout both the living and common areas.
