Meet Our Fitness Expert
Natalie Hilbert
Natalie Hilbert has an in-depth knowledge of the Fitness Industry. Since 1997 Natalie has been involved with client management, program design, one-on-one fitness training, and leading group exercise classes. She writes exercise prescriptions for senior clients, youth, and clients with special needs and health conditions. Natalie coaches classes like Young at Heart Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics, Indoor Cycling, Kick Boxing, Youth Fitness, Quad Step, and Step Aerobics. She is Nationally Certified in both Personal Training and Group Exercise through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.
Natalie is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life. Through coaching and exercise prescriptions, Natalie encourages clients to make a lifestyle change to become healthier and more fit.
A Commitment to Fitness
At Cascade, we’re dedicated to making sure that our residents lead as healthy and active of a lifestyle as possible. For this reason, we have designed a special fitness program – The EverFit Club – that was specifically created with our residents in mind. The EverFit Club views good physical health as a lifelong commitment to everlasting fitness. And that’s exactly how it got its name.
For some individuals, fitness has always been a part of their lives, while it simply becomes an important part of other’s lives as they deal with the stress of their aging body. The goal of The EverFit Club is to help seniors embrace an active lifestyle and, in doing so, improve and strengthen their hearts, bodies and balance.
Keeping You Active
Fitness can involve a wide array of activities, from exercising in a gym or walking a mile each morning to simply working in the garden a few days a week. What matters most is that you are keeping your body active on a regular basis. The EverFit Club has been designed with a variety of different fitness programs that meet the wide range of needs for retirement living, assisted living and our memory care residents.
The EverFit Club has multiple opportunities to make it easy for our residents to maintain an active lifestyle, no matter what their fitness preference. EverFit offers:

And, of course, no fitness program is complete without a state-of-the-art fitness center, offering the latest equipment to meet all residents’ rehabilitation and fitness needs. Our fitness staff will take the time to work with our residents one-on-one to train them on how to appropriately and safely use every piece of equipment. Personal trainers are also available to help residents develop a workout regimen that is specific to their needs and abilities.
Regardless of a resident’s current fitness level, The EverFit Club will help him or her to both establish and meet fitness goals, and hopefully lead a happier and healthier lifestyle!
