Alma takes pride in being able to tell others that she is living proof that hard work and dedication does not go unrecognized, as she began as a Caregiver, then Medication Technician, to directing an assisted living community, managed the Sales department, and now in her newest role, she has been promoted to the Executive Director of Cascades of Stayton. In addition to this, Alma also obtained her phlebotomy certificate in 2021 to assist the Red Cross and a local physician with mobile blood draws during the Covid-19 pandemic. She prides herself in always being the same person, respectful, kind, patient, and caring, and her motto in work and life is “communication and transparency are key to being the best in all you do”.
Alma has experienced great loss when her 17-year-old daughter passed away suddenly, but states being in the senior living industry and helping others to live their lives to their fullest ability and make each day count no matter the situation, has helped to remind herself that her life too must go on.
In her free time, Alma loves spending quality time with her husband and their children. Her goal is to one day be a regional director and have a part in assisting multiple communities to function at their fullest potential. She is excited and proud to be a part of the Cascade Living Group family, and with them, she states the skies the limit!
