Marissa began working in healthcare as a caregiver. Throughout her nursing career, she has spent most of her time in geriatric care. She strives to provide person-centered care and loves getting to know the residents.

Sarah discovered a passion for seniors as a teenager when she accompanied her mother to work in memory care. She loved spending time with the residents so much that she knew senior living would become her career.
