Concierge at Sierra Del Sol
Noel has been a member of the Sierra Del Sol family for nearly 10-years. She loves helping residents through her dedication and passion for helping others. Noel enjoys spending her downtime hiking, along with reading and journaling.
About your role
As a Cascade Living Group Nurse, you’ll create a care plan for the residents, bringing their overall health picture into focus. You’ll educate residents, families, and our associates. Your work will underpin everything that happens in our residents’ care. Without you, we couldn’t do the good work we do. You will:
- Create our residents’ personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines.
- Provide a supportive environment to our Wellness Associates, our residents, and their families.
- Be a compassionate mentor to caregivers.
- Assist in the training and monitoring of medication administration.
- Educate our residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Ensure our residents receive appropriate and quality care.
