Longtime care associate at Creekside Continuing Care Community, Nancy loves her work and the residents she works with every day. She enjoys travel with her husband and family in their off-time, visiting her native Canada, and planning more adventurous trips abroad.
About your role
As a Cascade Living Group Wellness Associate, you are the touchstone that holds everything together. You’ll implement the care plan created by your nurse colleagues, being right there with residents every day. You help them thrive through activities, routines, and, most importantly, companionship. You will:
- Provide a compassionate and encouraging environment to help our residents be as independent as possible.
- Establish effective and supportive relationships with our residents and their family and friends.
- Implement our residents’ personal care plans.
- Closely work with and as part of a clinical team.
